Our owner, Jeff Bowker, purchased Highland Park Funeral Home and Cemetery after the original owner, David Miller, retired in 2016.
Jeff has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer for 28 years. He graduated from Kansas State University before attending the Kansas City Kansas Community College School of Mortuary Sciences.
Jeff is dedicated to serving the Kansas City community and strongly believes that providing an affordable cost is just as important as providing excellent service.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, and- of course- cheering for the Kansas State Wild Cats!
Jeff is a member of the Cremation Association of North America.
